Sounds of Summer

Like the cicadas that sing in the sun

And the little chipmunks that like to have fun

The birds that sing their songs on high   

As vibrant butterflies flutter on by

The bullfrogs that croak their tunes in the bog   

The spontaneous barks of the excited dog

Natures voices all unite   

Because,

Summer days are here and they’re such a delight.
