  • Send email to Patrick using my email from our meeting notice list.
  • Include your first, last name and email address (to set up author ID on Blog)
  • Story/Poem text in the body of the email (ideally less than 1,500 words)
  • Content should be rated G
  • Specify a headline (short)
  • Specify sub-headline (3-6 words)
  • Select one of our four categories
  • Include one photo (I may need to resize it)
  • If you don’t have a photo, I can source one (please indicate preferences for the photo)
  • I will not edit any submitted content
